Maryland Matters' Bruce DePuyt was interviewed on WTOP Radio Thursday about the chaotic 38-candidate race for four at-large seats on the Montgomery County Council. Thirty-three candidates alone are running in the June 26 Democratic primary, and only one is an incumbent: Councilman Hans Riemer (D).
